2021 Kirk's Blend™ - First Vintage

Dark purple with a ruby rim. Kirk’s Blend is brimming with aromas and flavors of dark fruits both blackberry and blueberry compote. It seems to begin with hints of river rock and minerality. Earthy with menthol, baking spices, and a sensation of wet grapes. Very dark and fruit forward yet as it evolves there are hints of tobacco and red pepper flakes. A Sultry Syrah that drinks well now and will for many years.
